The Mazerance Winter Internship is a structured, multi-stage program designed to identify and train emerging talent across creative, technical and narrative disciplines. Only five interns will be selected, but every applicant will be guided through a transparent and skill-focused evaluation system.

Narrative writing, world-building, dialogue, and technical writing for gameplay and production.
Social Media & Community response
Campaign development, content planning, community engagement, and brand-aligned storytelling.

Designing AI-assisted workflows, automation systems, and internal tools to improve efficiency and operations.
Fully Embedded in Real Mazerance Production Cycles
The Mazerance Winter Internship is fully embedded in active studio production—interns contribute to real projects, not simulated work. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship, structured feedback, and clear milestones, resulting in portfolio-ready outcomes grounded in professional standards. Exceptional interns may be considered for continued collaboration beyond the program.
